Dr. Yonglai Tian    President

Dr. Tian is the founder of LTT and the inventor of company's core technology.  Dr. Tian has over 20 years of experience in material science microwave engineering. Over the years, he has published more than 60 technical papers and holds four patents/pending patents.

Dr. W. Murray Black    Member of Advisory Board

Dr. Black has has served as Professor and Chair of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, as well as Associate and Interim Dean of Graduate Study and Research at GMU. He has received several performance awards from the Naval Research Laboratory where he was a consultant from 1972 to 1990. He has over 30 years of experience in electrical and microwave engineering.
